Application and qualifications
The application process includes a review of the applicant's submission to ensure that the applicant meets the criteria for enrollment in the program. Upon acceptance of the application and qualifications the individual will be eligible to attempt the Competency Assessment. The criteria for eligibility for this registry program are outlined in the SDS and Label Author Registry Qualification Requirements Worksheet. To be eligible to take the Competency Assessment an applicant must score a minimum of 20 points on the worksheet.

The application deadline for the March 30 and April 4 Competency Assessment is: March 23, 2012
How To enroll
Complete and submit the General Application, Qualifications Requirements Worksheet, with the required documentation, and payment to info.RegistryLLC@aiha.org. If extra space is needed to complete the Qualifications Requirements Worksheet, please use the Additional Rows document.
Your qualifications and documentation will be reviewed and you will be contacted if any information is missing or clarification is required.
What's next?
Upon verification of your qualifications, you will be sent a letter welcoming you into the program that will indicate the dates and locations of the next competency assessment offerings. Review the Body of Knowledge, Study Guide and Resources for the program to prepare for the Competency Assessment. You will have one year from the date of application to complete the competency assessment.
